Yeah, mines been doing the 'wheel of fortune ' thing since Thursday! Very annoying 😕!!

My app has been working, mostly ok, for two and a half years but it stopped working on Thursday. I now can't communicate with the car, 2022 mg zs trophy, at all! My nearest main dealer is unless so I won't bother with them. Very frustrating, any ideas?

Yeah, I've had to be rescued by the AA because of a flat 12V battery! That was 18 months ago. I invested in a booster pack but of course I've had no issues since! We shouldn't have to worry about a 12V battery in a £30 k car!!

Yep, i was forced to update the app, couldn't move on unless i updated, and now not working at all!! I've got the same, just the MG logo on white background! Do you suggest uninstalling and reinstall it?

My 22 reg came with just the granny cable. My dealer gave me a type 2 cable free of charge!

Thanks guys, as you probably guessed I'm new to this situation so still learning! It looks like the booster packs vary in amp output. What do you suggest as a minimum requirement for a EV?

I did think that, when we 1st had the car, we could set an 80% charge! I didn't realise that MG disabled it!

This is the most common advice we have found! What is the recommended EV charge limit? Most of the time you should only charge an EV to 80% because charging rates slow down dramatically past the 80% mark. And two, the long-term health of your vehicle's battery pack is improved when kept below...

But no one has ever explained what we should be doing! Our dealer didn't tell us! MG main dealer said the instructions were in the app! The app says do it at regular intervals but doesn't say how or what the intervals are! How often should we charge to 100%? Most of the advice says only charge...
