Any good Performance shop, should be able to supply H&R springs (which in my humble opinion are the best). Also found them on fleabay.Where do you find these accessories?
Thanks
If it weren’t for the bloody speed humps around my area…
Could you not just drive over the humps to one side, slowly. Agreed though those humps are pain in the @rse.Same, I would get these springs immediately but my road has very recently installed the Square Speed Bumps,
Which were meant to stop lorrys coming down the road (council also narrowed the road),
But this speed bump is in the middle, lorries are so wide, doesnt effect them, only cars.
Absolute genius council :/
It wouldn't be "slammed" 30mm is not to bad at all. And there is quite a big arch gap on the X Power.Slam it if you like but I'd say there's a risk of sudden inadvertent braking, not to say wheel arch erosion...
Agreed and if anything like VW Golfs this may also include the radar, camera etc.... which used to require recalibration by VW at £200 a pop to remain covered after suspenion changes IIRC.Most certainly for anything directly affected.
Would there be issues with the warranty of the car?
Most certainly for anything directly affected.
I'm presuming H&R a very well respected suspension firm, have done there homework and gone into any possible problems, with lowering the X Power, when developing the springs. Again I presume they haven't just slapped any old spring on, off the shelf and said "that'll do"Agreed and if anything like VW Golfs this may also include the radar, camera etc.... which used to require recalibration by VW at £200 a pop to remain covered after suspenion changes IIRC.
