Another app update

The lack of chargeing management from the app make the app virtually useless ? But no way to contact the developer as it goes directly to the main website from the app store. I do have MG Electric showing but with the fuel tank at 0% and no link from that button. Range is increasing while plugged in but that is the only indication its working. Anyone overcome this ? Thanks

I totally agree. MG have acknowledge the charge missing issue and just the normal dev is looking at response.

My only workaround for now is using an old Android tablet I have as it works on that.
 
I’m the same, updated the app and now is basically useless, what are the devs playing at? 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I’ve email and messaged and tweeted/X’d MG so far absolutely 0 reply… sometimes I really wonder if a “cheaper” EV is worth all the horrendous customer service that comes with MG. I’ve had nothing but bad customer service with problems and issues since buying the car.
 
It’s pretty much the same with most matters really, you never know how good the customer services side of any business works, until you come to use it !.
Then in a very short space of time, your mind is completely made up !.
I STILL find companies blaming the pandemic for poor performance issues.
Move on !.

Encouraging that they are at least aware of it. I've had the exact same issue for a couple of weeks now, IIRC. Agree that it renders the app almost useless. Thanks for the info on this thread, guys. I guess now we just cross fingers and wait.
 
I have the same problem,but i use to be able to click on the vechile status and now thats packed up ,i also find whilst using google maps after a while the map freezes,and the only way to clear is to stop actually get out of car lock unlock and start again ,any solutions gratefully recieved.
 
App finally updated and seem to be working again. (iOS) can see “BATTERY” stays not fuel tank and charging settings etc.

However usage statistics seems to have vanished?
