Another new review on Youtube.

He also thinks its definitley a hot hatch !!

I reckon he's been on here and had a look at the comments as a lot of them are talked about including the vibration at 70mph !!

Seems a pretty fair review to me.

A few quotes :-

Yes, I leased a lot of Golf R's while I was working (but now retired !) so agree with you on that front.

Off topic but I'll be brief(ish) ..... one tip I learnt when leasing was to delay my first service by about two weeks from that recommended. I always went to a main dealer and they always said you were allowed a month leeway on the servicing schedule to stay in warranty etc.. That meant when I returned the car after exactly 2 years my second service was not due for another two weeks. I took photos on collection of the next service due date from the dash and it always worked out that I did'nt have to pay any extra toward a second service👍. Not sure if MG apply the same leeway though.

I wonder if the X-Power suspension is setup differently in Australia. We have a 32mm front sway bar which is quite stiff. A user on Facebook has had a custom 24mm bar made (same as Essence, but it's a different shape) and has reported good things.

I think the car is quiet, and you tend to pickup on the road surface noise definitely a lack of exhaust and believe it or not air intakes make plenty of racket.

Agreed, no engine or exhaust noise, your bound to hear more road noise, it's not rocket science. 🙄 Something I could easily live with though. 🙂👍

I'm used to quiet EVs, came from an EV6, so I know what I'm talking about, this car is a lot noisier.

Don't doubt it, but in general EVs are going to be a lot quieter than ICE cars, so therefore you're gonna hear more road noise. Your EV6 is a lot quieter than an MG4, you would expect that, because it's a lot more expensive. You can't expect an MG4 to be as refined as a 60 grand car. But for the money I would think an MG4 is more then acceptable, to most people. 🙂👍
