Is it just me?
I have tried million different adjustments in the seat but couldn’t get the head rest in a comfortable position. At any position, it always keeps my head pushed little forward than i would like putting a strain on my neck. I would be more than happy without one but it’s illegal i...
I have the same feeling. It couldn’t be the auto flaps in the bumper. Somewhere under the bonnet. Someone in Facebook replied to my post saying it’s the air con doing its thing.
Ever since I bought my trophy, i hear this strange noise during the few seconds after locking or unlocking the car. I am not sure how to describe the noise but it gives the feeling of a very old rusty truck.
Anyone having this issue?
I had the same message in App Store saying this is not available for your country when i clicked update option from within the app in the About section.
But if you just go to the App Store, search for MG iSmart you will have an update option there which worked fine.
I don’t quite like the UI...
Totally agree about the build quality. Me too doesn’t fiddle with vent flaps often. It was just the first time i tried to set it in position for me and it snapped 😳
No. Overall interior build quality is fine. It’s just that the plastic part that runs across the dashboard that houses the AC vent flaps seems a bit flimsy.
The feel when you use the indicator stalk is also cheap. All the door handles are not firm. If you shake them gently up and down you can...
I felt exactly the same way. Kinda pushing my head forwards a bit which is slightly uncomfortable. The more i focus on that the more uncomfortable it becomes. Now I’m trying not to pay attention to that and slowly getting used to it. I’ve pushed the seat at an angle backwards to get headrest at...
2.0 miles per kWh is the starting reading I see when i go past 0.5 miles of the journey. I guess it doesn’t go any lower than that on the display. It doesn’t drop to 1.9, 1.8 .. etc. I’m not sure why. Does that mean we are guaranteed to get 2 mi/kWh regardless of how we drive?
I do less than 3...
Wow. Never managed that. I hyper mile all the time as much as i could. Feather touch accelerator, eco mode, extremely gentle acceleration annoying everyone. But AC with heater on all the time. Now averaging between 2.7 and 3.5 mi/kWh in this cold weather. Mostly school runs with a 3 mile round...
I know people have been advocating to remember the 5 degree or so offset to achieve the desired temperature. But since i got it in Oct this year it was perfect in term of the temperature. I set it to 21 and it feels like 21. May be the recent versions have this thing rectified.
The error clearly stated that the front camera was blocked. I don’t think it’s the front radar in the bumper as that was clear as well of any obstacles.
Yesterday when i tested this, i was able to pre heat the cabin while the charging cable was connected. It didn’t use the mains. By the time i started the pre heating the battery was already fully charged. The pre heating was successful which took 1% of the battery charge. But that 10 minutes...
Went for a long trip yesterday in my trophy long range after clearing the frost which took 10 minutes by remote heating the cabin. All was good for about 10 miles. Then came the first red alert saying the front camera was blocked and then all sorts of warning on features that rely on front...
Thanks. This is more of a range testing trip actually for me which my family doesn’t know. 180 miles round trip. I’m on trophy LR and interested to know if i could do the full trip without needing to public charge at sub zero icy weather.
By half way I’d know whether it needs to be topped up...
