Yes. After @Rocinante pointed me to the other thread, @Tim Green makes the following point suggesting there is indeed a link between the hydraulic brakes and the electronics. this relates back to @Ozzie's and @sgt4hed's posts earlier in this thread...

Yes! Happened twice that it refused to budge, once at an intersection, once while moving it around on the driveway. The first time, well both times I suppose, it had to be shut down and restarted, then no further trouble. I didn't notice the steering though.
