My ZS EV was the same yesterday 2.8 very wet , flooded roads , head wind . I also kept to 55/60 mph , heater on the lowest with air con to keep windows clear , I think 2.8 is actually not that bad as the conditions were very poor 🙂

As an alternative I fitted PPF on the exposed sills when I got the car , you can cover a bigger area with the film and fold over the edges as well .I just bought a small roll of it off Amazon not to difficult to apply 👍

Used the same on mine 👍 from B & M as well , bought two bottles at the time as it's more expensive to buy from other outlets , easy to apply as you say , used it a couple of months ago and it seems last , still giving a nice shine after weekly wash will apply again before winter really sets in. 🙁
