I'm currently trying to get some action out of Octopus in order to correct the time on my meter. It started out 2.5 hours slow and after two attempts to remotely set the time it is now 4 hours slow.
It has been ten weeks since I originally reported the issue. I respond typically within an hour...
It's a different scheme but yes if you are a registered business using that address as your registered address. It clarifies in the guidance notes for the workplace charge scheme.

I’m not bashing Octopus btw they have been very helpful it’s just a slow process. The customer agents have been far more helpful than I’ve experienced from other suppliers and it is clear they are escalating to people that can get the issue resolved.
Yeah I noticed the issue quite soon after switching but the process of communicating with the supplier and getting them to accept there is an issue is more time consuming. I noticed it when the usage spike for the car charging overnight didn't line up but I initially thought it was the charger...
I find it weird that it's 2h 30 and not 1 hour or something easily explainable by DST. I wonder if they use timezones and for some reason mine is on Newfoundland time.
For anybody on off-peak EV tariffs it might be a good idea to check the time on your meter. It turns out my off peak usage has been incorrect since I switched to Octopus from a standard supplier tariff as the meter time is 2h 30m out (unfortunately in the wrong direction for my usage :D).
Thanks, they both seem to come with RFID from what I can tell which sounds like a great feature.
Our needs are:
Control of their use as they'll be in a semi-public location and it seems we may even be able to charge for use which is a bonus but not required.
Untethered so cable theft isn't as...
Our electrician has specified 2 chargers as part of our workplace charging scheme
1x Project EVA 07D-SE-W
1x Project EV pro earth 07S-S-RFID
Does anybody have any experience with these models and is there anything I should be looking out for?
Thanks
I have one of these on order as well as the MG4. The MG4 will be our main car but my wife will be commuting to work in it. The AMI will be business use for deliveries/customer pickups in town.
