When I've spoken to a couple of dealers I have been told that the 0% deal isn't available when getting the affinity discount. The affinity discount works out cheaper total payback than the 0% for me.

No point bothering with the comments, a lot of it a complete load of tosh. It is amazing how little some people know, yet want to spout off as experts! And probably a little more concerning, those that buy things without finding out a bit about them before jumping in with both feet!

The garage that is advertising this deal is Luscombe in Leeds (I think), and they're doing the Exclusive for about £300 less than the affinity deal, so about £21500 for all colours (or so they're advertising on their website).

Nope, back from the dealer and no order :(. Not a good px price and the salesman just didn't seem interested. Looked at a pre reg ZS exclusive and the figures came out in budget, but think the range of the 5 trumps the extras on the ZS.

They've got the price up up the MG website now, 'starting from £24,495'. Although when you click through it still goes to the register your interest form.

Anyone else been to see this 'pre-release' demo at Chorley (or elsewhere)? Any chance of some photos to see a bit more of it in what, hopefully, will be close to release spec?

This popped up on my Google news feed. Autocar MG5 EV priced from £23,995 Apparently CAP had the price in their latest release.

Sounding good so far! Lack of driving aids doesn't bother me, however, coming from a Leaf, a lack of charge timer and app is a bit of a shame! I was hoping it'd have a sunroof, but not a deal breaker. Just need the cost now!
