Just updated mine to 2023 yesterday. I got the files off the MG EU site, entering my VIN number in the process. First it took about 2 hours to download a failed download on Friday, then about 3 hours to successfully download again yesterday. It took me about 4 hours to unzip the files directly...

Can you be certain the wife (who mainly drives the car) didn't drive it through flood water ? The only solution I can see is to claim on the company's insurance. They may write it off and give you a new one if you get the claim in before it's 12 months old. I'm afraid MG have covered themselves...

MG are weird, we have a warning come up on the dash on the MG4, where you don't need a warning because you can see the flap in the door mirror. :rolleyes:

Accidental damage isn't covered by the warranty, you would have to claim through your insurance.

Not sure but I was thinking maybe one of the other settings might affect the volume of the speaking voice and you're not hearing it.

Thanks, I've only used it once and the traffic was moving slowly and never stopped for as long as 10 seconds.

Just a thought, have you checked the volume settings, it may be set very low.

They won't fix that as it's normal, it's impossible to hermetically seal the sunroof, that's why the channel and the drain pipes are there. I used to just make sure I opened the roof a little now and then to dry the deflector out.
