Tell the garage they should have offered you a single phase charger not a three phase unless it was a 22kW. Your car can only take a single phase supply at approx. 6.5kw

There is no pins in the holes. From memory the excite does not have three phase charging hence why 3.5kw is the max you will get on a 11kw three phase charger. Your electrician has installed a 20A breaker which is correct. A 22kw three phase charger would be require to give a 7kw single phase...
Has the car got 3 phase charging? check the charging socket on the car to see if the L2 and L3 holes have pins? If you have not then 3.5kW is about right.
I had the same problem on the ZS. I unpaired phone and deleted the phone on the infotainment system and the same on the phone. I then paired after deleting and I have not experienced the problem since. Its worth a try.
