Eurotunnel Nightmare Charge!!!! and a quick question!

This is the charger we connected to at Euro Tunnel Calais, following which the fault in our car appeared. I am not a charger or car technition and have no access to diagnostic data, so there is no way I can say that it was the charger that caused the fault in the car. It is possible that the...

Eurotunnel Nightmare Charge!!!! and a quick question!

Hi SimmieC, Thanks for this info, it was reassuring to read. We have just been informed our car is being taken to Lille too, so they will have experience fixing this problem. Our insurance said we could book the hotel for another night, so we have somewhere to stay today whilst we wait.

Breakdown recovery recommendations - The AA or RAC?

Breakdown recovery recommendations - The AA or RAC?

I had no idea about the AA cover until Jomarkh mentioned it in the MG5 forum (where I posted this question too). Having Googled the MG AA cover, I too found out that it only covers the car and not the driver. We still have a petrol car too that we wan cover for. Regular cover means the person...

Breakdown recovery recommendations - The AA or RAC?

Hi folks, My wife and I have a paid for joint bank account that offers breakdown recovery, phone insurance and travel insurance that covers us and our two children. For our family, these accounts are worth the £13-15/mth (£156-180/yr) fee to cover all four of us, but I appreciate they may not...
