Sorry I should have been clearer. The Affinity scheme is still running but the new MG5 and MG4 are not available on the scheme.

2 dealerships now have said the new 5 is not available on the affinity scheme.

My local dealer said it isn't but I've contacted a couple of others and waiting to find out now.

I don't think you know what assumption means. Both posts said if somebody is waiting. It is a conditional statement/sentence. If nobody is waiting then it obviously doesn't matter 🙄

Where’s the assumption? Charging above 90% on a rapid while people are waiting is poor etiquette. And to be clear I never said the OP had done this.

Is the affinity scheme still around? Asking as I’ve just put my £99 holding deposit on the new Trophy

The future value for PCP hasn't been released yet so just waiting for that and I would be able to switch to any future deals if they are released. Looking at how much the price has increased since I got my original 5 with affinity discount I'm not sure it's going to make sense though.

Of course there is. In an emergency situation you press the pedal, KERS disengages automatically and off you go. Coasting in N and you need to mess around remembering to select D first.

On the MG website earlier today I got a quote of service 1: £95.99, service 2: £181.92, service 3: £95.99 and service 4: £192.71. Is that the same as you have seen?
