There's diagnostic software as well, which I wouldn't have thought would need to connect to a remote server? At least not to analyse the car and any fault that was appearing?

I've emailed the support email address to see how I can get access to the software, as I had paid already.

So it appear that I can't access the diagnostic software and module updating documentation, as my €6 1hr access doesn't allow me to get to them. That said, there's various documents and diagrams available with that access, even excel sheets with codes and "labour hours" for how long repair works...
