I often drive in eco - there is not hesitation. All that mode does is dampen the surge of power when you put your foot down. I only use it to mitigate my lead foot.

That's the one I use. No issues so far.

I’ve only charged twice on a rapid, which was a 350 kWh gridserve, and I peaked at 90 kw. I charged roughly 20 kWh in 18 minutes. The 90kw didn’t last that long, it gradually tapered down as it approached then passed 70%. The lowest I saw it was, I think, 50 ish kw at 73%.

Hmm reading up on it it HAS to have been done by the company installing the panels so maybe it was in the paperwork I signed when agreeing to the install and I have just forgotten. I'll have to call to check. Sigh.
