I would say that’s a impact stress fracture.

Even without the 10.99£ subscription, it’s only a few pence more expensive than InstaVolt.

UK Tesla Superchargers now open for Non tesla EV's

Nice one 👍 if you check the app it will tell you what speed you are charging and how much it’s put in.

Care of the Exclusive 'Mock Leather' Seats

I have some of this in the garage, Poorboy's Natural Look normally used on dash plastics, might give it a try next week… small area first though 👍

Care of the Exclusive 'Mock Leather' Seats

303 is normally used on plastics, I would imagine it would make the seats a tad slippery!

Care of the Exclusive 'Mock Leather' Seats

I tend to use a spray cleaner such as autoglym leather cleaner, a gentle leather brush and micro fibre cloth to wipe dry. Works pretty well, never tried a leather feeder with these seats.

UK Tesla Superchargers now open for Non tesla EV's

Granted not the MG5, we tried the SC on the wife’s Corsa. The cables are short but it should be doable, I will let you know how I get on next week. In terms of starting and stopping the charge, it’s all done in the app. All very easy, as you would expect with Tesla. In terms of speed, we plugged...

Is the long range much quicker than the SR? I have driven both, seemed the same to me.

    Communication error starting CCS charge?

I have found the GS units really hit and miss and have come across this same issue. When we rang the helpline they suggested not to press start only select the CCS conector.

First trip well out of range!

Granted, not the cheapest way of charging... 99% of my charging is done at home, way cheaper than running an combustion vehicle. 760miles using Instavolt rapids and genie point came in at £65ish... im not going to grumble at that!

    Demisting front windscreen

Mine were like clear bits of plastic sticky tape, definitely covering a hole in the door. I only removed three as the one rear door was missing one. It probably came off when cleaning the underside of the doors. Someone else on here mentioned the same tabs. Will try and find the post.

First trip well out of range!

Howdy, just thought I would share our experience of our trip to the North East last week. This was our first trip that we would need to rely on rapid chargers and local infrastructure. Our destination in Northumberland was about 260 miles from home, our aim was to stop twice in the way up and...

    Demisting front windscreen

It appears so, they have little tabs on them which makes them easy to remove. No idea why they would block a drain hole? Unless it’s missed from being removed during the PDI?

    Demisting front windscreen

After reading about the small pieces of clear tape on the bottom of the doors covering the drain holes, I removed them and noticed the car hardly steams up now. Not sure if anyone else has noticed them??

    Motorway Miles

Did our first longish trip this weekend Bham to Manchester (Late Break Show Live if anyone is interested), 90 miles there and used 46% battery. Did a steady 65mph where permitting and used CC as the motorway was empty. Used the Manchester MFG hub near Old Trafford on the return. (just like a...

Have MG been naughty releasing MG5 LR just one year after they introduced MG5

Was a Smart Fortwo, Great little city car but with a range of 80ish miles in the summer (town) and about 50 in winter in was just that. Wife has also gone all electric (Corsa) so needed a slighty bigger car.
