hardwire kit
A **hardwire kit** is a set of components—typically including wiring, connectors, and sometimes a voltage regulator or fuse adapter—used to directly connect an electrical device to a power source, such as a vehicle’s fuse box or electrical system, rather than plugging it into a standard outlet or accessory socket. It is commonly used for devices like dash cams, radar detectors, or other permanently installed electronics.
