If anyone cares to look on the MG French site ( google translate ) you may find that MG have done a deal with Electra , a French EV charging service , small but expanding . This allows MG electric owners to charge at half price for the first three charges, the app some how recognises your registration details. As is the wont of MG publications and the Electra web site details are a bit sketchy but it might prove useful if you are thinking of crossing the channel. Thats as much as I know so you,ll have to do your own research.
