AC charger not working

AC charger is not working. DC charger is working. Anyone seen this issue? I had it on AC charge and it stopped at 68% it was due to finish at 80%. I went to charge it today and AC charger is not working. Cleaned electrical contacts. Disconnected the 12V battery twice. Still not working.

Does it work on the granny EVSE?
How long did you leave the 12V battery disconnected?

Have you checked the AC charger, maybe that packed up? Is it your home charger? Need more details please

My son is having the same with his 2020 exite. It only charges for about 115 miles worth, then cuts off.

Tried 3 different ac chargers. Home and work

How long did you leave the 12v battery disconnected?

Just tried granny charger it did not charge. I disconnected the 12V battery for 2 min the first time, then 12 min the second time. When it's plugged in and I press start charging the relay clicks but it says Charging ceased. Electrical grid abnormal.

The on-board charger is like any other bit of electronics, it can go wrong. The agent should be able to check it quickly and sort it out.

Dropped it off this morning I will update on what they find. Still under warranty
