Amazon music 500 error

I tried to search for music on amazon music and I got no results and a 500 error. Can still play recently played music - suggestions? The cat was purchased in july last year. Mg zs ev lr trophy

Is your car a Trophy Connect? I think that’s the model that has Amazon music capabilities.

I bought it in France, so it is branded as a luxury, it has the sunroof.
