I am unable to connect using my phone or my wifes.

Got into mine about lunchtime to defrost the windscreen but then couldn't get back in to turn it off.

Ye it seems to have stopped working for me too on my MGS5, I uninstalled the app and installed again to see if that was the problem but after reading about the app more online I hear that it connects to MG's servers so I figure that most likely is the issue. Is this a common issue or doesnt happen too often? I just brought this last month so new to the whole MG thing.

tried uninstalling the app and installing again. doesn't let me log on. What isn going on? bad time to happen cant recondition the battery it will damage battery in this weather

3 days with the car and worked perfectly up until now! And yes mine is in Brussels too I noticed that!!

Frustrating for me as I have plugged into a nighttime only 7kW charger, a mile away in freezing conditions, and I really wanted to check that it does start charging.
