APP ALERT.... CAN'T CLEAR... ?

I had a small battery failure, the AA
re-set the Car by disconnecting the small battery terminal.
But the app shows a flashing Alert I can not seem to clear....??
Really appreciate your help.

Open the ISmart App.
On the opening screen, go to the top right hand corner of your screen you will see a symbol that looks like an info Folder with three dotted lines tuning horizontally.
Now click on this image.
It will open up a “Message” screen.
From here you should be able to see ANY errors that the car has detected.
You can select the tab and erase the issues from here !.

Unfortunately that doesn't do it.
Still flashing away....
very odd and annoying..
