Assists to lead to cheaper insurance - bum!!

Obviously good news in reduced insurance premiums but I'm not confident enough in the tech to want to be using it. Wonder what the implications will be ? ?

So I imagine it's goes without saying that to be effective they would have to stipulate in the terms and conditions that the systems must have been in operation at the time of any incident. (Fault accident for example)

I.E. You would be forbidden to turn them off?

I imagine so. Can"t have human beings proving they are more capable than a bit of a.i. The System will rule ??
