The dealership represents three car brands at the same time, yet you never get the impression that MG is treated as secondary or as a niche brand.
Overall, communication is professional and on equal footing.
I was interested in getting a cost estimate for a service inspection and, since my MG4 is out of warranty, I also asked what it would cost to install all available updates (control units as well as the infotainment system). I received a prompt response and was able to discuss everything in detail with the service assistant.
When I mentioned that I was familiar with terms like SIPS and VDI, he even offered to give me a short tour of the workshop to show how they perform SIPS updates. The initial consultation lasted more than 60 minutes.
