Unfortunately regulations require the cat to be warmed up and thus on very short urban trips kind of negates the hybrid Advantages I found; But once on temperature, urban consumption should o down, also my car dropped consumption noticeably between 5-10k kilometers (im approaching 20k soon), a certain run in phase seems to be programmed.
Also, I went to use lower recuperation lately, as I find driving to be more fluent, and you still mostly use recuperation with the pedal anyway, and at anything above low urban speeds I do think it is a little bit more economic, given you "glide" more often.
on the other hand, you dont have to break just take a foot off the accelerator which makes it sort of fluid...we shall see, need to play with the system a bit.Also, communiting to work is not wihtin a flat area, got to ride down of the hill , get across the river and up the hill again
