Anyone know Best setting for mg hs trophy automatic to get better fuel and change of gear

I stay with normal mode, fill the tank when 100 or so miles are left, use the regen braking as much as possible and use ACC whenever possible. In this weather my first action is engine on, seats and steering wheel on, blower on low and heating set HI. My mpg is usually between 44 and 50 ish, although last saturday I hit 75mpg, mostly motorway.
I anticipate as much as I can and I'm pretty light on the old gas pedal. H

ps. I'm driving the MG3 Trophy.
