Binding Phone to Car

Husband put ISMART on his phone and so did I. He binded his with the car and I couldn’t. I understand now that you can’t have two phones binded to one car. He has logged out but I can’t log in on my phone. Any ideas please?

You can try forgotten password function the username can be email or phone No. If both was set up

Sometimes mine won’t log in and I have to reset the password, I thought maybe it was some safety feature.

Never had to change the password and 3 of us use it all the time
