Bling noise but not alert

Evening,
My car seems to have a habit of occasionally giving out a bling electronic noise, now it’s not the speed camera or over speed warning.
This happened 5 times on my journey on A2 travelling to Greenwich, I am thinking it’s an interference with car from either ulez or Ai cameras interfering with the electronics on the car. On the journey back it happened exactly the same but as was driving couldn’t record with my phone . ( The bling noise is the best way to describe but it wouldn’t be a sound of a warning)
Has this similar thing happened to anyone else? The radio was still on playing with this noise also so not if it cut out radio.

Even though this car throws up some really weird and funny situations, but I am still loving the experience

I've had that too. car goes bong! and you look to see...nothing.

Check the notification setting on MGPilot for speed limit change. There is a separate setting to alert you when the car thinks there is a change in speed limit which can be turned off. It has a habit of picking up side road limits so often pings down to 30/20 from 60 when it shouldn't in my experience.

Its this setting here - Speed Limit Change Audible Warning.

There are just too many damned settings on this thing!

I wanted to add a video file that I took tonight to hear that noise when I go passed certain cameras but doesn’t seem to support a video file, any way round this ? Thank you

When you say cameras are you meaning the noise occurs as you approach/pass a speed camera?

Have you looked in the built in sat nav settings to see if there are any speed camera notification options? My Kona used to alert speed cameras even if the sat nav hadn’t been loaded.

I have looked into those settings but sometimes even if I have turned off they still alert you, hopefully I will get to the bottom of it, thank you

This happens in my car too when going on the A3 through the A3/M25 junction roadworks. There are two distinct sounds, one like a trill and the other like a cymbal crash (as in a drum kit cymbal being hit). It also happened earlier on the A3 northbound just before Guildford last evening.

Had the car 6 weeks now, Trophy in silver. Got the Richmond Motors 10k discount for a pre-reg on finance. Absolutely loving it, the E-Pace it's replacing feels like a tank to drive now.

Just need to convince my wife that one-pedal-driving is a good thing
