Boot won't open fully

My Boot has stopped opening fully on my new S6 EV. I've checked the software settings and they are set to high, I've manually openened it fully, press and held the boot switch until its beeped and i've tried opening and shutting manually (slowly) to reset it. None of these suggested solutions have worked. Any other ideas please?

Right, yesterday after working perfectly since collection, the tailgate only went up to half way, in addition when using the close button, it would go down but not close properly, closing required doing it manually, pushing it down by hand.

Will be contacting dealer in the morning, but just in case I’m missing something, asking if anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks, I should have found that first! I have actually fixed it now (at least temporarily). None of the other fixes worked except the use of the App to open the boot. The boot opened but still to the wrong height, shut and then wouldn't open again with the App. After that, however, when I tried the key again all worked fine! No idea how that works!
