BT Phone connection

On the odd occasion, the phone has connected but when I try to make or receive a call the call is connected but there is no sound in or out, anyone else suffer from this? Phone is a Samsung M52 about 6 months old.

Have you tried a different phone to verify whether it is a phone or car problem?

Not yet but the wife's phone is the same model, and it is very intermittent but a nuisance when it happens when I'm flying solo.
