Burning smell through heater

Has anyone noticed an electrical burning smell when the blower is on? For me, it's just after startup and lasts for much less than a minute. Everything works OK as far as I can tell.

Car is a Exclusive LR about 4 weeks old with less than 500 miles, and it's only just started doing it.

Just wondering before I take it in to be looked at.

Bodger raised this in another thread and seeing as I get it too, I thought it worth having a thread about.

There are lots of previous threads on this if you do a search, it's perfectly normal as it's a PTC heater so any dust drawn in will burn off when it's turned on ??

If you have a fan heater in the house you'll get the same effect.
