Buying accessories/parts from MGTitan [STAY AWAY!]

I just wanted to warn you about buying from the site mgtitan. On their website, they claim to sell a wide range of accessories and replacement parts for all kinds of MG models. In reality, they’re just a total scam and seem to drop-ship their products directly from China.

In my case, I ordered replacement bulbs for my MG4, but they were never shipped. After weeks of receiving no updates, I requested a refund. Although it was approved, I never got my money back.

I’d recommend ordering your accessories from other places instead.

I expected them to be a drop shipper, and I don't have an issue with that, but if you don't get what you paid for, what's the point of buying there? I could save myself a couple of bucks and order directly from AliExpress (which is what I'm going to do next time).

My experience with MgTitan was fine and in line with expectations.

If you have confirmation that they agreed to a refund can your bank not reclaim the money for you? Maybe that’s an Australian thing.

I paid with PayPal so I'm trying to get a refund via the PayPal system - It's just extremely annoying to have to deal with this especially because we're talking about less than 10Euros

It is annoying, I once had something similar with a drop shipping company. In my case thankfully my bank could help as they had send me an email agreeing to refund me. Hope you get it sorted, I would expect PayPal to do right by you

Another thumbs up for MG Titan. Ordered stuff about 4 times now, never any problems. But s'pose shit happens, think you've just been, unlucky.

I've ordered from mgclubs.com several times before, and the service is excellent. Like MG Titian, they're both Chinese companies, shipping from China. Their website seems to display the region and currency based on your IP address. It's just that everyone's preferences are different; some people prefer ordering from here, while others prefer ordering from AliExpress.
