Camera view at junction

The system will display the sideways view at a tee junction on the central screen which could be useful. However when indicating left joining a major road I get the view to the left displayed whereas the traffic and danger is from the right. Is this because the cars are set up for driving on the right? Can the view be changed? Is it just me?

I think this feature is to help warn you of an obstruction such as a cyclist on your inside when turning. Monitoring of approaching traffic should be via the Mk1 Eyeball!

Left hand drive, and Right hand drive cars are both the same, the left indicator activates the left camera view, and right indicator activates right camera view, it's not really so that you can see the traffic on the roads, it's mainly just to see if there are any obstructions such as bollards or pedestrians on your immediate left or right before you make the manoeuvre

Well if it's the same as the MG4, when you have an indicator on, and the camera screen is activated, you can select which view you want from the screen, so you can see left, right, forwards, or backwards while you're sat waiting at the junction.

I have never had cameras on previous cars and I have trust issues with using it. Scared that I will focus fully on the camera which is 360deg in the Trophy and something bad will happen by not focussing around me. You need more eyes!
