Car drops out of EV mode

I have had HS PHEV 3 months and I am very pleased with it. However I have a minor issue that while driving in EV mode with full or nearly full charge the car drops back to auto mode and I don't know why.
Anyone got any ideas why this happens as MG garage offer no advice

If you read the manual you will find that there a number of requirements the car has to meet to use EV, if one is not met then will drop back auto mode. After a few minutes press the EV button and you will go back to EV mode. Just a note it will not tell you on the instrument panel what has dropped out.

I’ve had phantom exits a few times in August after BMS update but it has since not happened again

If you have the heater on, heated by the water system, it will want to start the engine to warm the water, no heating on EV, this might be the cause of dropping out too auto

Do have the same thing, no heater or AC, it always drops out on this one road, put it drown to a twisty road???
