I have tried to charge my ZS EV fully but it will not charge passed 80 percent , any ideas

I have tried to charge my ZS EV fully but it will not charge passed 80 percent , any ideas

pull/push the battery button then drag the bar on the display up from 80 to 100 - 80 is the default to protect the battery
