Charging Problem

I brought an MG ZS EV Trophy Long Range on 17th November and it has been back in the garage for two weeks and if will only take a charge of 3.4 of 4 6 Kw.
Is this normal as it should take 7.0Kw ?

Is that from public chargers or only your home charger ? It should take 7Kw but I've come across a few that are slower than others . If it's a fault of the car surely you should be able to reject it ?
