Childproof lock permanently locked

Childproof locks - unable to unlock childproof lock on front passenger door. Door does not have a slider on off switch. does anyone know how to unlock please?

That’s because the front door does not have child locks.

do you have to double blip the unlock on the key fob, ford used to have this feature so lone drivers are kept safe etc.

The doors auto lock after the car starts moving.

If the car is running and you stop, the doors are locked for the passenger and the driver, to exit the car they need to pull the handle twice to get out of the car.

It depends on whether or not you have shut down power.
If you do that first it unlocks the car so the door opens on the first pull.
