Collecting Hybrid+ today.

Going to collect my new HS Hybrid+ in Trophy specification , Hampstead Grey from the dealer today at 11am!

Will let you know thoughts and impressions at a later time.
Enjoy the car. I have the same spec and colour. Don't get too worked up about the bings and bongs, they are there for a reason but can be annoying at times. Things will gradually fall into place and you will spend less time looking at the screens and more time enjoying the car. Look forward to your impressions of the car, mine have all been good up to now. (6 months ownership from new)

Oooops, to late! 🙄🤪

Most impressive things to date. Car Play and Andriod Auto are now wireless and the front USB ports are now USB-C like those in the rear. I can confirm Trophy spec has both a heated steering wheel and heated seats. I wish there was a printed manual or a pdf for the navigation system. The available ‘booklet’ to view/read is not as good as the Owner’s Handbook in its downloadability. Just been out in the dark to try the lights. I noticed lights appear to be on when key is in the proximetry when lights set to Auto?

Oh car dealer is waiting on the additional official MG floor mats to arrive, so that’s the only thing missing from my order, luckily have a couple of rubber mats to keep the original carpet clean.

Picked mine up today also.. filled it up and clock saying 566 miles... went for a 30 mile run and it is now saying 565??
I was on regen 3 and it did not seem overly aggressive to me.. I have used an electric car a couple of times and that seemed much more aggressive... perhaps it's because it's lighter??
I found myself constantly watching the rev counter kicking in and out.. revs seemed to fluctuate quite a but but never more than 2400. I was taking it easy though as I want to run it in properly. Roll on 900 miles! Tried the sat nav and that seemed pretty good.. heard people complaining about this.. but seemed fine. Android auto worked.. even managed to connect to the mg app! All good so far!

And another thing sound seemed OK, heard people moan about this previous.

When you have a few minutes. Have a go at removing the cover from the fuse box in the engine compartment, you can’t. This is officially a user task to check and replace fuses and also a means of jump starting the 12v battery if you can’t get in the boot (it’s in the user manual). I have informed MG HQ and they are not interested in the slightest.

Car play and USB-C are updates from my model, useful. I waited 5 weeks for my mats to come from China, but worth the wait.

Delivery driver has just delivered my Heko Wind Deflectors for all 4 windows. Absolute piece of cake to fit. Biggest problem was finding my trim tools to push-up the retaining clips two per window. Even the wife said they look the part.

Bought them via eBay from J&J Automotive (www.jjautomotive.eu).

I believe they were shipped from Poland where they are made.

I’d recommend them.
