Damage to seats from seatbelt

Is anyone else with the grey interior seeing wear on the seats where the seat belt rubs?

We're seeing this on both sides. Car less than a year old.

I'm not sure if this is the blak from the seatbelt rubbing off, or damage to the alcantara fabric.

Does anyone else have the problem that their seatbelt slides up and rubs against their neck?
I found a solution to my problem and printed it myself. If anyone else is interested, I will upload the profile to Makerworld for download.
