Does mgtitan always take so long to send orders

Purchased a load of things from Mgtitan and it’s still not arrived, not even left China yet. ordered nearly two weeks ago. Ordered things off Ali express at same time and they have all come days ago,. Slightly frustrated as I knew it would take extra time but not this long.

Anyone else had this issue

I just wanted to warn you about buying from the site mgtitan. On their website, they claim to sell a wide range of accessories and replacement parts for all kinds of MG models. In reality, they’re just a total scam and seem to drop-ship their products directly from China.

In my case, I ordered replacement bulbs for my MG4, but they were never shipped. After weeks of receiving no updates, I requested a refund. Although it was approved, I never got my money back.

I’d recommend ordering your accessories from other places instead.

If you have a bad experience buying something from this store, just refund it and change to another store. There will always be one store that will satisfy you. Hahahaha

Nearly 2 weeks from China is nothing to worry about. I've had stuff from MG Titan
that's taken about 4 weeks. So don't panic
just yet. Wouldn't bother cancelling it just yet. Who's to say it won't be the same or worse, somewhere else. And the stuff I've had from them, has always been very good.

MG Titan are selling the same stuff as AliExpress. They buy it from the same suppliers and put their name on it to save you having to search amongst all the alternatives to find what you want for your particular car.

AliExpress withholds the payment from the supplier until you let them know you've received the goods and are happy with it.

Yes, AliExpress is much cheaper, and if you are not satisfied, you can return the product and get a refund without the merchant's consent.

AliExpress, MG Titan, Temu, MG.com etc etc, are all a much of a muchness. It's whatever suits you.

Yep that's about right, usually. But can take longer. To be honest not unduly bothered. As not essential stuff that I've been waiting for.
