Drivers door mirror

My drivers door mirror doesn’t fold in when locking the car, passenger door mirror does, anybody else experiencing this problem?

Mine does this sometimes.

When inside the car flick down the mirror adjustment knob. Mine would then go down as normal.

Any squeaking noises or other indication it has difficulty moving?
