Dry door hinges

Hi all,
My door hinges are dry, no grease has ever been anywhere near them. The car is 3 months old.
Are they special grease free or did they forget to grease them.
Any advice as to what I should do?

Apart from being dry have you got a problem with the hinges. I can't say that I have noticed grease on any of the hinges on my cars over the years.

This what should be applied the hinges / door check straps etc.

The doors feel a bit stiff.
I'm not a fan of WD40 for lubrication because it doesn't lubricate and prevent wear.
Edit, it's lithium grease, might give it a try.
