Saw the "Vehicle Status" card in action last night on my first night drive. Nice to see the EV, HEV and Regen presented as "flows" on the diagram of the car.

But where is this diagram explained for the new Hybrid+?
I think green flow from the wheels to the battery is regen, blue from battery to the wheels is EV and orange from the engine to the wheels is HEV.

Not too sure (I was looking where I was going), but I think I saw moments when the wheels in the diagram were like half green and half orange. I don't know if that indicated a "transition" from one power source to the other.

I wish there was a proper manual for this car. MG themselves don't seem to have one.

Having something come up on the display that is not explained properly anywhere is not a great thing.

What is the circled item in the diagram?
Engine at the top, battery at the bottom, box in the middle?

thats the battery isnt it according to the MG website
Hiya, you might think that, I did initially, but the blue bar at the bottom of the car diagram is the battery, which fills up left to right as the regen charges it and depletes right to left as the battery drives the wheels.
My dealer tried to tell me the middle block represents the "generator", but that doesn't make sense to me or what I see it do when driving.
That block just seems completely unnecessary.
Stuff just flows through it, to or from the battery. The diagram would make perfect sense without that middle block.
