Engineering Menu Password? Infotainment stuck on 2g.

Hey all, has anyone found a way I to the engineering menu for the S5 infotainment unit? I have a trophy I picked up on Thursday and while overall I'm happy, the built in data connection seems to be stuck on 2g. The car I test drove in the same area had 4g so I wanted to take a look and see if some form of activation or toggle was missed during commissioning.
I am also a big nerd and software developer so seeing a little under the digital hood would tickle me too! I have found where I think the entry point is (tapping the version under settings multiple times) but I don't know the password. Another thing which could be useful is if someone has the service manual for the car as it should say in there what to do.

It was in for investigation for 4 days with no resolution. Can I ask what version peoples infotainment units are on so I can see if I'm out of date, the software update button just says "network error" even when connected to my home WiFi. Reading around my issues may arise from the TBox as that's what deals with all the communication and GPS.
