Well after some discussion we have now booked our Euro Trip Brescia-Rome-Brescia - to follow the route of the 1927 Mille Miglia - avoiding motorways, tolls and dual carriageways as much as possible.
The winners of the first MM in 1927 took about 21 hours and we planned for 21 days.
Most legs of the journey have an overnight stay and involve no more than 4 hrs driving but some legs will have 2-3 nights in certain locations for more city sightseeing.
Expect to use Tesla Superchargers Plan on the journey but also Ionity Subscription. Also have Electroverse Card available.
Route will be Calais Eurotunnel - Strasbourg then Brescia - Parma via Mantova - Bologna - Raticosa Pass - Futa Pass - Florence - Siena - Radicofani - Rome - Perugia - Ancona - Imola - Padova via Bologna - Trevino - Feltre - Vicenza - Verona - Brescia.
After this to Lake Orta for a few nights then Dijon - Bethune - Calais Eurotunnel.
