EV charger cover ⚡

I bought some plastic storage boxes the other week, and I discovered one was exactly the right size to cover my home EV charger, so I set about making this. I know these chargers are meant to withstand the weather, but this gives it a bit more protection from the wind and rain, and from fading in the sun.
This is just version 1, there will probably be modifications to it next year.

I don't think it needs ventilation, but it's certainly not an airtight fit, there's a couple of mm gap all the way round, and a cut-out at the bottom for the mains cable. It has to be open when in use, so it's ventilated when powered up.

Hides the led as well which is good, the light on my old charger lit up the street.

a) how does it look when the cable is attached?
b) does it vibrate when charging between about 6.8kW and 7.4kW?
c) expect a knock on the door from the SAIC patent attorneys

It looks like this, the plug and the wall box are both protected from the rain etc. while charging.

No, there's no vibration whatsoever, just a slight humm, which I'm calling a characteristic.

c) expect a knock on the door from the SAIC patent attorneys

If they come knocking, I'll plead ignorance and send the send them to the decal manufacturer.
