ev.energy app malfunctioning

I use the ev.energy app to control my charging but in the last couple of months this has become very unreliable.
Not starting charge when cheap rate starts, not stopping when it ends and stopping for a period during.
I am on Octopus Go (not intelligent) and all settings are okay and unchanged from before when it was working fine.
Has anyone else had any problems ?

I have the same app but have not experienced issues like you are seeing. Have you asked ev.energy support about the problems? I've always found them quite responsive and helpful.

Yes, I have asked them. They simply said they have made recent changes that should help. It hasn't.
