Fake Sound?

My brother has his on all the time in the Taycan. The kids like it. Also if i got another ICE/EV car it has to have a nice sound also for sense of speed.

It might be nice to have it off on a long distance motorway cruise and back on in city driving. Each to their own I say.

For pedestrian safety its important to have some sound externally. I had a guy with an EV ask me if i could hear his. I said "yes but its still dangerous" sarcastically. Basically it needs to be louder externally.

There goes the Prius wondering why people are walking in front of his car with their backs turned all the way to the store entrance
