Front Bumper removal?

Hi All,

So have the car about 4 weeks and hit some debris on the road, breaking the front driver lower grill. The grill comes in separate parts thank god so only have to replace the filled in section (€60 from dealer). Problem I have is Ive no clue how to remove the broken section of the front bumper.
Ive taken a look at the area and there is a massive amount of space behind the broken section but cant get at it from underneath, and theres a lot of stuff above, mainly the headlight which doesn't look like its going anywhere without removing the bumper. Has anybody attempted removal of the bumper? I know its a long shot but if anybody has a breakdown on how to get in or the bumper off it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you replacing just that small end peice? Looks like it might just pry off.
Try prying it off with a plastic pry bar.
After all doesn't matter if you break it.
I'm only guessing, but might be worth a go.

Yes looking to replace the filled in piece, the problem is that piece goes down into the lower section as well and right into the lower pained part of the bumper as well. I don't have a photo of the replacement part now but will post up when I get home you'll see what I mean, there’s a load of clips holding in the existing bit as well, so cant just push it out. You'll see what I mean when I post the replacement part
