front camera blocked

hi folks ive only just had my ev and on the first frost of the week it keeps coming on ive seen a thread where if you leave the heater blower on it goes off but it doesnt work in my model the exclusive and i cant find it to wipe i think it is behind the mirror inside any ideas folks

The camera is in the little triangle, top centre of the screen as you look from outside. You can only wipe frost off the outside, the inside will need the demister on it for a while.
